Dive into the core of the in-depth personal work of the New Warrior Training Adventure (NWTA) with this one-and-a-half-day session led by two ST2-certified trainers. Designed as a multicultural exploration centered on awareness around racism, this unique experience will allow you to discover, refine, and put into practice profound inner-work processes.

Throughout this training, you will have the opportunity to test and apply GUTS protocols on the NWTA carpet, receiving direct and constructive feedback from both your peers and trainers. The objective is to strengthen your facilitation skills, enhance your relational intelligence, and deepen your understanding of the “magician” role in ensuring emotional and psychological safety within an NWTA.
